GASTRONOMY
Leave your trace
El Bierzo combines everything –or almost everything– that a 21st century traveller longs for; rivers that fall from the Aquilianos Mountains to the long valleys, nurturing gardens and orchards. Vineyards inheritors of an ancient tradition.

A history marked by the Romans and their huge civil works of the Mozarabic culture and the monarchical influence.  Land of Templars, stop on Way of Saint James, where the beauty is nature’s work, and also that of the man that indulges in it.
You will be able to continue, stop… or lose yourself!

If this is a wealthy place is because many leave here their trace: Leave yours.
